Grace Florsheim is a baker based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. She began working in kitchens in 2021, doing pastry at Elske in Chicago, Birch in Milwaukee, and Jon & Vinny’s in Los Angeles.

 

Her love of food eventually led her to the world of restaurant PR, where she works full-time. Baking has remained her creative outlet, which has grown into a home bakery, Desserts by G.

She works with clients to design custom cakes, and seasonal desserts, sourcing fresh ingredients for each project. She believes that the small moments are what make life most special and that desserts should be really good.
